These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at rideshare-car-rental.com (the "Site") operated by Rideshare Car Rentals LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is a marketing and application platform for vehicle rental services offered by Rideshare Car Rentals LLC in metro Atlanta, Georgia. The Site is intended for use by individuals 21 years of age or older who are actively working as drivers on an approved gig-economy platform.

The pre-qualification screener on the Site is a self-reported tool designed to help applicants determine whether they may meet our rental requirements. Passing the screener does not guarantee approval for a rental. All applications are reviewed manually by our staff, who make all final approval decisions. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion.
Providing false information in the screener or application — including misrepresenting your age, trip count, rating, platform status, or license validity — is grounds for immediate rejection and may result in permanent ineligibility.
This Site does not process bookings, accept payments, or create rental agreements. All bookings are completed through our third-party booking platform, Fleetwire. A booking link is provided only to applicants who have been manually approved by our staff following review of their application and supporting documentation.
All approved rentals are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment has been made. This applies without exception. By completing a rental application and proceeding to payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy. No cancel function exists on this Site or in the booking platform for confirmed, paid rentals.
The security deposit is refundable upon return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition, subject to deductions for damages, unpaid charges, mileage overages, fuel, tolls, tickets, and other amounts owed under the rental agreement.

These Terms of Service govern your use of this Site only and do not modify or replace the rental agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rental agreement, the rental agreement controls with respect to the rental itself.
The Two-Year Vehicle Ownership Program ("Drive to Own") is governed exclusively by a separate Two-Year Vehicle Ownership Program Agreement signed at enrollment. Information on this Site about the program is for general informational purposes only. Eligibility, costs, and program terms are set out in that separate agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to transfer vehicle ownership. Enrollment requires a separate signed agreement, a $1,000 program deposit, and satisfaction of all program requirements.
The Rideshare Rewards Membership ($9.99/month) is optional and separate from the rental agreement and ownership program. Membership benefits including promotional discounts, flash pricing, and rental credits are offered at the Company's discretion, may change at any time, and are subject to eligibility requirements stated at the time of each offer. Membership does not guarantee any specific discount, vehicle availability, or rental approval.
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Rideshare Car Rentals LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission.
The Rideshare Car Rentals LLC name, logo, and "More than a rental. It's your business." tagline are trademarks of Rideshare Car Rentals LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RIDESHARE CAR RENTALS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM PERSONAL INJURY OR FRAUD, OR TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rideshare Car Rentals LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of false or inaccurate information in any application.
The Site integrates with third-party services including Fleetwire, Square, Stripe Identity, and Google Analytics. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of any third-party service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the Site.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rideshare Car Rentals LLC regarding your use of this Site. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings. For the rental itself, the Vehicle Rental Agreement controls.
